Mixed Media Frames cum Fridge Magnets: My Happy Pack's Chipboads

Hello Lovelies!!!!
Today I am going to share some super cute and adorable mini projects as DT for My Happy Packs. I altered two chipboard frames using "My Happy" Chipboard set and "Jolly Good Girl" paper collection from our new release at My Happy Packs
I am in love with these chippies, actually they white chippies which come with top quality material and so light in weight too. Our newly launched paper pack is so adorable and unique, as it contains nicely designed pattern papers with so many vibrant colors. This pack comes with loads of die cut elements and fun part of this collection is that you can color some doodled images by own. This paper pack comes with lots of possibilities to create something very special for your little angel. To see the whole chipboard set "My Happy" and Jolly Good Girl paper collection from My Happy Packs, please click here.
As I wanted to make some adorable and girlish DIYs for kids in this summer vacation, that was the only reason I chosen my so favourite Prima- Finnabair Art Alchemy Paints and Art stones (two different size) to make these tiny creations more special. It was almost my second experiment with Finnabair Acrylic Paints and Art Stones as they are really few in numbers in my stash (I am trying to collect many more and I am so obsessed with Finnabair products). I used some sprays from Lindy's Stamp Gang, as they are so refreshing. I really convinced and pleased with the results.

Actually I was so inspired with the colours of ongoing challenge at Mixed Media & Art- May Challenge "Juicy" and see how amazing the mood board is for current challenge:

So here are some close-ups of my cute little Mixed Media Frames inspired by Mixed Media & Art:

I used some sea shells from Itsy Bitsy store and some embellishments from my stash. You are invited to visit My Happy Packs, where you can see many more amazing paper craft projects from my so talented teammates.

NATURE: PRIKA

Hello Friends!!!
I'am so excited to share my new mixed media wall art piece "NATURE", designed for PRIKA - All About Crafts Blog. This creation is so close to my heart, as it brings lots of positive vibes, Don't you think ?

I am a nature lover and admiring nature around you will ignite your inner self-generating a positive attitude in your nature. For me, a simple way to attract good energy is to be in nature. Filling my home with these type creations with positive energy really help me to raise my vibrations and help me along my path of purpose. I love to make many DIY projects to keep in my house which inspires nature. The beauty of flowers, color of the nature and touch of the breeze is what makes me stay happy and feel also others happy too.

I have created this mixed media decor piece with lots of pistachio shells, I loved the effects so much. I used some supplies from Prima marketing- Finnabair like Rust effect paste set, Metallique Green Olive acrylic paint, 3D gloss gel and Lindy's sprays, magical shakers, as they are so perfect if you want to add colors of your choice.
Kindly go through images, description below and enjoy the making of this mixed media decor piece.

Step by step tutorial for making Mixed Media art piece "NATURE".

Step.1: I applied Prima Marketing Haevy Gesso-White to cover the whole MDF piece, dried it properly. Then, added some natural twigs, pistachio shells and natural brown hemp twine to create background with lots of nature inspired elements like branch of tree with a nest, flowers, leaves, weeds beside the lake.

Step.2: Then, I used different stencils with Prima Marketing-Modeling Paste- Opaque Matte to create some extra textures here and there. After drying, further added many colors using Lindy's starburst sprays (Drop Dead Gorgeous Green and Sea Grass Green), also added other shades using Bratwurst Brown magical shakers.

Step.3: I used many die cuts leaves (colored with Mont Marte acrylic paints Lemon Yellow and Sap Green), woolen thread, paper clay embellishments, metal charms and miniature eggs to give it a beautiful scenic textures and effects. I used Prima 3D Gloss Gel to adhere all the embellishments. Then, dried it completely and added Finnabair Art Alchemy- Metallique Green Olive acrylic paint along with some Lindy's sprays ( (Drop Dead Gorgeous Green and Sea Grass Green). Dried completely using heat gun.

Step.4: I selected some Little Birdie 3D alpha stickers from Itsy Bitsy to write "NATURE" sentiment and colored them with Lindy's magical shakers (Bratwurst Brown and Lederhosen Laurel) by sprinkling some magical powder on the letters.

Step. 5: At the end applied Finnbair Mint- Green Patina effect paste and Rust effect pastes (Red rust effect paste and Gold rust effect paste).

Step. 6: For finished look added some ready made flowers, berry and ball chain to this mixed media project.

"Seas The Day"

Hey my Dear and Lovely Friends,

I hope you all are doing well.

Today, I am back to share my very first mix media project. Some previous days, I’ve gone addicted with mix media art. So this a outcome of my new addiction. I was inspired by Mixed Media Place (Nadya, Ola and Julia's work) and Mixed Media Warriors. These blogs are great place for any mix media beginner. On YouTube, I found some of my sweet inspirational mix media artists are Maremi SmallArt, Anna DabrowskaNadya Drozdova and Gabrielle Pollacco. I really enjoy each and every project showcased by them. These artists are so awesome and generous.

I’ve altered a mini notebook for my brother. I made this project by using Prima Marketing Art Basics products and some acrylic colors from my art collections. These Finnabair Art Basics products are just awesome and really enjoyed playing with them on my project.  Here I have a very short write up for you all.

I have used a piece of cardboard to give some texture to background. I wanted it to be simple and easy to create.  So First I covered it with white acrylic paint and then added some handmade objects (snail hood, sea shells and pearls) with the help craft glue.

I've used stencil along with modeling paste to create some pattern on the left corner. Then, I used some modeling paste on 3D objects for some extra texture. I applied acrylic colors (cream and white). Then pearl ink sprays (American green, Pacific blue and Wood Brown)were used on background as well as on objects to give them proper sandy and beach type look.
After drying, I added stamped sentiment to this project. This altered notebook is a surprise gift for my brother, I am really keen to see the expression on his face and these moments will be in my heart forever.
