So Sweet of You: Little Birdie Crafts

Hello My Creative Friends!!

I made this mixed media canvas for the amazing challenge at More Than Words Blog.

Word Inspiration "Comfortable"

Creative Challenge "Color Combo"

The word inspiration "Comfortable" inspired me the most and when I thought about this word it reminded me to create something using this amazing picture of a cute boy. Look at the picture, how comfortably, he was while his photo shoot. This cute boy looking so adorable and relaxed. For me, my family is everything which makes me feel more comfortable. Specially my caring husband and my little boy. They bring me joy and give meaning to my life. I always feel comfortable making projects for my 2 and half YO boy. My boy always feel so shy while his photography and I wish as he grows, I want to make him more comfortable with camera, so I can make loads of art pieces to decorate my sweet home, using his cute photos. My home is most comfortable place for me and I love to decorate my sweet home with one of a kind art pieces and here this is very first addition to my home decor.

This Color Combo is my all time favorite and suited so perfectly with the picture of this cute boy. I used purple, lavender, blue/light green along with white. Colored the chipboard sentiment "Love You To The Moon And Back" with dark color and tried to depict some amazing colors from Creative Challenge.

I made this project by altering a rectangle flourish placemat, I used loads of supplies from my favorite craft stores like Itsy Bitsy and Lindy's Gang. I always adore their craft supplies. I am in love with Itsy Bitsy in house line Little Birdie Crafts so much. These flowers are so easy to use and always add extra charm to any project.
I made this canvas specially for my little munchkin to preserve some memories of his childhood. I just love the way it turned out.

Bond of Love

"Bond of Love"

Hello Dears!!

Today, I am going to post something more creative from my side. Recently, I have been selected as a Design Team, in a newly launched Indian paper pack line " My Happy packs" and I am so excited to share that project too with you soon.

I am so thankful to all my lovely and creative friends who inspire me to grow and improve. This Mixed Media world is so wide and really so amazing. I am enjoying so much to learn about this art.

Here I am going to present my first canvas, which I created using mixed techniques.

I made this specially for my sister. She is my cute little angel and friend for lifetime. the bond of love which we share is just awesome, we do fights for clothes, movies, foods, shopping and many more, but our love makes it more precious. I am so blessed to have sister like this girl. I found a cute picture on Google and can't resist myself to add into my canvas. This girl is just like my sister, sweet and beautiful. So on this Valentine's Day, I gifted this canvas to my sister. She was just like " Aaaaawwwwww" and I felt so delighted after seeing her expression for the gift. This was one of the most special feeling for me.

I was so much inspired with mood board of Lindy's Gang's February 2018 Challenge, so I created a canvas using soft and elegant colors. I created a different texture by using some naturally available item at home.

I used lot of Lindy's sprays, Lindy's magical shakers, Prima Marketing products, die cuts, Little Birdie handmade flowers and some supplies (cheese cloth, lace, ribbon and chipboard) from my stash.
